Nearly "two-thirds of all IT projects fail" because of poor requirements.
This is one of the reasons why stakeholders, customers and interested parties argue over or fail to come to a consensus on the requirements or scope of a project.
In one project, requirements were being constantly rewritten, tossed out or reincorporated depending on who was in charge of the meeting.
In addition, time and budget overruns plagued the project because the parties could not agree on what each requirement really meant.
Finally, the implementation staff started resigning or asking to be transferred to other projects.

Analyst and research seem to be jobs suitable for an introvert.
I prefer to not have consistent interaction with people but can communicate well regularly.
I think this combination of Business/Accounting/Finance and I.T. touch on all the careers I have soon that are good for introverts.

Hi there,
I am a science graduate who has recently completed an ISEB diploma in Business Analysis and am currently teaching myself PRINCE2.
However the biggest stumbling block I, and I’m sure many others, are finding is that since I am at the start of my career (25), no one will give you that critical first job to let you get some experience.
As such I was wondering if there is any advice anyone could offer, either on how to become a BA or which other jobs I could look at to help get some relevant experience in another role.
